pecan chicken1/4 c. honey 1/4 c. Dijon mustard 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 c. pecans, finely ground Combine honey and mustard. Spread on both sides of chicken. Dredge chicken in chopped pecans. Place in lightly greased baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. |
