about meOn July 24, 2004, I married my best friend of over a decade (long story, with a happy ending), and my initials became A.M.O. "Amo" means "I love" in Latin, and I liked the sound of that.To me, "amo" represents a culmination of the events of the last few years of my life. It's an old word, but the initials are new to me. I had been in a more modern church; I moved to a more traditional church. I started creating new works of art with the intent of glorifying God, but I have also been learning about the artists, poets, musicians, and writers of the past and how they glorified God. Of course, I love imperfectly. I consider "amo" to be a statement about the kind of person God wants me to be, the kind of person God is making me, as long as I cooperate. I created this page in the hopes that the content here will be an inspiration to others, wherever they may be on their journeys.   —amo
